Chief Information Officer, responsible for connectivity to mobile networks and service providers, telecommunications engineering, platform security, maintenance, reliability and cost/efficiency management; a former VLSI chip architect at Vitesse. Bsc Eng. Harvard Univ. , ME Dartmouth Univ. More recently worked with the University of Ghana as a Senior Systems Analyst in Planning & Management Information Services.
